Tuesday was the official release day of Two and Twenty Dark Tales. Yay! The timing couldn't be more perfect with Halloween in the offing, and there really are some seriously spooky, creep-fest stories in it. ReplyDeleteI'm most scared of spiders- specifically spider bites. They're the kind of thing that happen when you're sleeping. I don't like being caught unawares.
ReplyDeleteI'm really, really scared of spiders. We don't even have any dangerous or big spiders here in Sweden, but that doesn't make me less afraid of them. When I see a spider I scream and run for the closest chair, bed or sofa. There I stand, shaking, and stare at the spider (There's nothing worse thnan knowing that there is a spider but not knowing where it went..) until someone can come and take it away for me.

Thanks for the giveaway and making in International. I am scared of quite a few things I am a bit of a scardy cat. I hate clowns, anything to do with death, graveyards etc, mirrors which is quite stupid but its mirrors at night if they are in my room. Scary movie to blame for that one! Thats all I can think of for now but I am sure there is more lol

ReplyDeleteI have a crazy phobia of bugs. I went on a bush walk with my boyfriend the other day through the bush that I've lived in for the past 13 years and nearly had a panic attack every 5 seconds!
ReplyDeleteI'm also really afraid of losing the people I love. That absolutely terrifies me.
Gross things scare me most. Not like boogers or things like that ...it's kind of hard to explain, certain things just make my skin crawl and I would scream myself sore if I were to come in contact with any of them. Some bugs ...there was a large swarm of grasshoppers on my school football field and I almost swore sorely just looking at all of them. Thank you :]

ReplyDeleteWhat scares me most? I still don't like the dark and sometimes run and jump in to bed so the monsters under it don't get me!
ReplyDeleteI don't know how to swim so being in open waters scares me the most. i always have my eyes or my hands on a lifevest already.

Spiders and fire (house fire types). And some of those realistic china dolls freak me out, especially if its dark
ReplyDeleteIt's hard to decide what scares me the most-waking from vivid dreams of wicked fae or vamps or killer clowns or DOLLS or some unknown creature and seeing shadows in the dark; watching scary movies alone in the dark; going out in the dark alone; hearing sounds in pitch dark; seeing shapes and shadows moving about the room- in the dark...ok, I think I see a pattern here. Basically, I'm afraid of the dark and things that go bump in the night. And apparently I love to be scared because I simply can't get enough paranormal in my life. I crave it, seek it out (walking through dark forests, cemeteries, and haunted houses), checking out local unsolved crimes and unexplained phenomena (I live in Oregon, a paranormal mecca), playing and singing and getting lost in dark, brooding and haunting music, and of course reading everything I can get my hands on whether myth, history or a wonderful blend of both. Fact or fiction I love the paranormal, but yes- I finally admit it- I am without a doubt- afraid of the dark.
